While looking for a last minute, pet friendly opportunity I came across a two night opening and am so glad I booked. Don’t miss an opportunity to unwind here, enjoy the scenery, fish and simply relax. The house is so comfortable, with everything you need and more. Check-in and out were easy and Peter a great, rapid communicator when I reached out the night before we arrived. We never left the property, had no need to - it was pure magic. This was just what this busy family needed, thank you Peter for such a great excursion, we will absolutely look to return next summer.

super nice location, great fishing right off the deck! My grandchildren, myself and family loved it! We had an awesome time and would love to return. Peter (owner) was very nice and a super host. We hope it will be available again next year. Thank you Peter!

Had no idea what a gem of a location this lakeside cabin was until we stepped in! 180 degree unobstructed view of Lake Champlain of pure nature. Our jaws dropped to the floor when we stepped in. We paddled around the lake and had a nice barbecue dinner using their grill out on the patio. We had a tranquil and private slice of nature all to ourselves. The couch seats all recline and the beds were memory foam 👌recipes for a perfect getaway. My advice is to NOT follow g-maps directions to cabin, make sure to download/study the map before you get there. You want to stay left onto South Bay Road at the fork Co Rd 7/Pine Brook Road. It's marked by a "Dead End" sign and a red barn. And definitely arrive while daylight is out.

This is an absolutely breathtaking property. Peaceful, stunning and private. Our boys had the time of their lives fishing here. They asked if we could live there. Even the family dogs loved it. A beautiful property to roam and explore. If you’re looking to unplug or just have some family time, this is your place. Love the outdoors, this is your place. Nothing negative to report. We will definitely be coming back.
