Is good location, new condo less than 2 years. Furnishing is complete, downstairs have dim sum, bak kut teh, 7-11 & opposite have shopping & food court. Just that one thing I not comfortable is most of hotel or other home stay check out time is 12. But this host need us check out on 11am & keep urging from 11.30 see if we have left the unit & return the key. Otherwise they going to charge additional fees as late check out if we still not leaving before 12pm. Speechless
