l'appartamento affittato da Nicola è accogliente, ben equipaggiato con il necessario per un pernottamento semplice. Le due stanze da letto sono però comunicanti tra loro poiché il muro che le separa non arriva fino al soffitto, questo non è specificato nell'annuncio foto. I materassi non sono particolarmente comodi, se possibile suggeriremmo infatti di cambiarli per rendere l'esperienza di più giorni più rilassante. All' inizio ci siamo trovati a gestire un grande malinteso relativo al mancato parcheggio interno alla proprietà (diversamente da quello indicato nell' annuncio) quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare e pagare un garage dove parcheggiare l'auto di notte. Nonostante questo abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di Nicola nell'intervenire e darci supporto in un paio di occasioni. Non offre la colazione che può essere fatta nei bar del paese. Consigliamo questo b&b come una discreta opzione che propone un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità del proprietario.

Super sejour à Giovinazzo ou il fait bon vivre et profiter des lieux et des commerces tres accueillants et chaleureux. Merci Nicola, merci Giovinazzo. Nous recommandons sans réserve. There were hairs in the shower drain that had not been removed in ages. Also the shower needed an in-depth clean, that I did myself as my kid is too young and has to sit on the shower. Too bad because the rest of the house was ok, but that changed my perception of my stay. The location is great, 2 minutes away from city center.

The apartment is centrally located and is on the first floor. It was easy to find free on street parking. The apartment was described as two bedrooms, which, technically, it is. However, to reach the bathroom, the guest in the back bedroom must walk through the front bedroom. Also, there is a gap of several feet from the top of the wall between the bedrooms to the ceiling, so sound and light from one bedroom enters the other. Nicola was very prompt responding to texts and in coming to the apartment when we needed help with the thermostat. He also responded quickly to our questions about the washing machine and provided laundry detergent. There is a clothes dryer. It is walking distance to the piazza, the shore, the post office, restaurants, and a few grocery stores. All in all, it was a good experience!
