This lovely vibe of the Urban Zen Studio was the perfect location to explore downtown Vancouver. It is only a block from both the city bus stop and the Chinatown Millennium Gate. Many restaurants and groceries within walking distance. The owner was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Marian's place is wonderful! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The washer and dryer were especially appreciated since I had been traveling for a while and needed to do laundry. The inside of the apartment is calming and there is very little noise. At the same time, it is located in a busy neighborhood with lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Marian gave great check in directions and was flexible to let me leave my luggage in the apartment after check out since I was not leaving Vancouver until the evening. I would stay here again!

Well appointed and cool decor. Marian was an excellent and responsive host, and even helped us check in a little early. The directions for arrival were clear and descriptive, even with photos showing exactly how to get into the apartment and then into the garage. Really loved hanging out on the deck and the kitchen appointments were just what we needed. It worked well for a couple of night for my son and I, but might be better for an adult couple. Cozy and clean, easy parking. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy. We found ourselves driving more than we would otherwise have.

Marian's place is one of the nicest airbnbs we've stayed at. The apartment is beautiful and cozy while still having plenty of space, and lots of thoughtful touches. The neighborhood can seem a bit rough at times but the location is very walkable, as well as having lots of transit options and many fantastic restaurants are nearby. Would recommend staying here!

My daughter and I stayed at Marian’s place in Gastown and we found the apartment to be beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were perfect and the temperature was cozy for chilly nights. The garage was safe and the alley was guarded as we came in and out. It was walkable to water street and to stanley park and the west end restaurants. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in the downtown with a car to venture out of town as needed.
