During our stay one of the neighbors called the police claiming sounds of domestic violence. We were hardly in the apartment so we did not hear this. It was absolutely not from us. The police came to the door as we were just finishing up a long day. We assured them that it was not us and that perhaps it was another neighbor. The host then called me later that evening to demand to know what happened (she had heard about the complaint via her husband who works for the police ). She was very unkind on the phone and expressed disbelief that we had nothing to do with the noise. She was clearly concerned with her home being destroyed- an understandable concern but expressed with very poor manners. The next day we saw her in person and hoped that she would have discovered that the noise complaint was incorrectly reported, but instead she called me a liar. She said something to the effect of “all marriages have problems…” and “don’t lie about what happened”. Extremely rude and unprofessional

Estuvimos hospedados 2 papás y mis 2 hijos de 2 y 3 años, y las camas muy cómodas amplios cuartos, su sala y cocina muy práctica que tenía todo lo necesario y más para la estadía, la zona muy cómoda tranquila, había que subir 2 pisos pero muy tranquilo y sin problema, realmente recomendado para familias, muy buena anfitriona.

Estuvimos 2 noches y fue placentero el descanso está relativamente cerca a la plaza central, todo muy cómodo y limpió definitivamente la próxima volveremos al mismo lugar. La señora Marina nos permitió entrar y salir antes del chek in y después del horario del chek out.

Excelente servicio y atención por parte de la señora Marina, muy amable y atenta. El lugar tiene una buena ubicación cerca de farmacias, museos y restaurantes lo cual facilita a la hora de conocer la ciudad ya que a muchos lugares se puede llegar caminando, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo que se ofrece en el anuncio.
