Ideal for two adult couples and five children, there is ample space for everyone to enjoy a restful stay. Additionally, two full baths cater to the convenience and comfort of all guests. One of the main highlights of this cottage is its remarkable proximity to the river, as it is a mere 15 feet away! Every riverside window offers breathtaking views, allowing you to truly appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. A covered porch on the riverside provides an inviting space with a teak breakfast table, perfect for enjoying meals, tying flies, or engaging in a friendly card game. Plus, our game room is included. For those looking to explore the water, Pine Bend Cottage provides a private boat and canoe launch on the property. This added convenience allows for easy put-in and take-out, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay. NOTE: Guests are allowed to park their trailers on the property and utilize the trails off-site. While they may keep the trailers in the driveway, it's essential to ensure they do not cause damage to the grass or lawn. The trailers are permitted for "Off-Site Use." However, please note that dirt bikes, quads, four-wheelers, and all other ORV/ATV vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property grounds.
