The villa was nice, and we enjoyed it. However, the host was unprofessional and rude to us. We paid a cleaning fee of €250 and a linen fee of €145. In addition, we had to pay €2000 for a deposit to get the keys. All these fees were not mentioned in the Airbnb listing and paid directly to the host. During check-out, the host started pointing at broken stuff in the house and accusing us that we broke them. We did not. Also, she was saying that we did not clean up to standards. If there are standards, these should be commented on beforehand and at least there should be a printout checklist or something similar. Then, the host started threatening us that they would keep up to the whole deposit as fees for extra cleaning and damages (that we did not do). This was in addition to shouting at us, telling us to “shut up” and kicking us from the house while we were trying to understand what she want us to do and help her to clean to up to the standards that we do not know till now.
