The 2nd floor patio is kitted with seating for 4. The 2nd floor houses the (3) bedrooms. The master has a queen and a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has (2) bunk beds (a full and twin, and (2) Twins) and has its own full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo perfect for kids and/or adults. Last, the third bedroom comes with a queen and lofted twin bed and its own full bathroom with a bath/shower combo. There are TV's in the master and the third room, but not in the bunk room. Underneath the house, there is parking for (3) cars. Additionally, there are hooks and clips for hammocks which you are free to use them (hammocks are stored in the laundry room when not in use). There is also patio furniture on the back side of the house to relax on. There is also a propane grill available for use. Lastly, there is a community pool, firepit, and putting green. Guest access is included with your stay. So, feel free to wander down to the pool and relax!
