My husband and I came up with our Golden Retriever on a last minute weekend trip and had the best time! The house is so cozy and has everything you need for a great trip - hot tub towels, fire pit blankets, dog bowls, treats, even a dog towel. Our pup had the BEST time playing in the creek and running around the big grassy side yard. We didn’t need it - but they even had an extra long leash attached to the picnic table outside if your pup is prone to running off. The attention to detail was wonderful! Inside was very clean and cozy - we loved the fireplace. It’s a short drive from dog friendly wineries and downtown Blue Ridge. Only thing to note is that neither of us had any cell service on the property (which was actually great for us!), but the wifi worked perfectly. Will definitely rent again! 🤍
We had a great weekend! Our dog enjoyed her time in the creek. The owners were great, definitely will book again.
We loved our stay at Creekfront Cottage. We can’t decide if we preferred the cozy interior with the great fireplace and the so comfy beds or all the outdoor space with the fire pit, hot tub, cushiony deck furniture and of course the creek! Sheri and Greg were quick to respond with any questions or suggestions about fishing or places to dine. Our golden doodle appreciated the jar of dog bones. We hope to return. The cabin is lovely and the outdoor space is really amazing! They thought of most tiny details, and were great communicating with an odd situation we had with Airbnb. We will be back!! Thank you again! H
Sheri and Greg were wonderful hosts and very communicative with us. Everything was as expected in the house, and we loved that everything was labeled. they had hot tub towels and fire pit blankets, all easily accessible and labeled, so we knew what was okay to use outside. Also, all the light switches were labeled, so we knew which switches went to which lights/fans or outside areas. We hope to stay again in the future.
