Karim was super and responsive, the place was quiet and well located near to attractions and has a good connection to Cairo city. The only issue was the cleanliness and hygiene. As we entered the place we noticed the full wastebaskets, stains on the bed covers and other signs indicating that they had forgotten to clean the place before we arrived. Once we informed Karim he responded friendly and promised that a "service team" would come on the next day and would do "a total replacement of covers and a complete makeover and cleanup will take place". On the next day, a lady came around 04 pm after we had to wait the whole day with one bed cover as a replacement for the dirty one, collected the rubbish and gave us a pack of dates as "an apology for the inconvenience" and then before she left she told us that no service team will be able to come. This problem could have arisen due to “holiday pressure” (according to Karim), but it made our stay uncomfortable and caused us to lose time.
