This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2 guests maximum. You will have a queen bed and a small desk. You will also have a small fridge, a 58 inch TV, and some goodies. This room is located next to the main central air vent. House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th). Please keep in mind this is a shared bathroom with others guests. Everything is kept cleaned at all times. A lot of restaurants around, close to I70 and I225 as well as RTD train station.

Great place to stay! Xavier is a very hospitable host and keeps things very neat and in order. Very peaceful house and a very peaceful neighborhood would highly recommend staying here
Xavi made us feel right at home. He opened up his house for us to cook, clean, and feel we are a part of his own place.
