The location for the stay is so perfect. Close to restaurants, beaches, and just about everything, especially nice to have pool access! The place was great, lots of beds and the balcony is so nice to relax on. It could use a bit more thorough cleaning, but overall a good spot for larger groups staying in Miami.

Pat and Alex are very respectful and quick to respond to any concerns/inquiries. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for their handy man. When inspecting the condo we noticed a lot of the lighting not working in common spaces, so their handy man came to fix it when reviewing it he stated he was not going to fix it because it’s not a priority. The fridge does not cool properly but freezer is fully functioning. Some of the furniture is worn down. For example, the couch is very comfortable but the arm rest is deflated, one of the Queen beds in the double room is flimsy. In addition the dryer is missing the lint catcher making is very hazardous along with glass dinning table. Please be cautious the table, the table legs are not glued and can easily slip off. There was many inconveniences during our stay realizing the quality of future and level of cleanliness. The views from the condo are spectacular and amazing. This place has great potential and front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
