Rhos-on-Sea, a North Welsh coastal town, is a posh vacation spot. The tranquil atmosphere and scenic harbour make it the perfect place to spend a vacation. Set between Penrhyn Bay and Colwyn Bay, this area offers something for everyone to enjoy in the shadow of the massive Bryn Euryn. Visitors who are feeling active can hike the 365-foot peak of Bryn Euryn to see the intriguing hill fort Dinerth at the peak, while those who would rather take it easy can stroll down the promenade and take in the stunning views of the Irish Sea. Visit Colwyn Bay and spend the day at the beach enjoying the many water activities offered in nearby Port Eirias, where you can rent everything from boats and kayaks to windsurfers. Enjoy a round of golf at the Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club or go on a boat ride to see seals, porpoises, and dolphins. Rhos-on-Sea never runs out of things to do, thanks to the abundance of nearby attractions like the stunning Conwy Castle and the charming Victorian resort town of Llandudno.
