We offer a spacious and modern living area that is perfect for either relaxing or working. The apartment features 1 bedrooms and a kitchen that is stocked with all kitchen essentials. Our place is 32 Square metres. -- Bedroom The spacious bedroom features a queen-sized bed (1.8m) that can accommodate two guests. You can clearly see the view outside from the bedroom's balcony. --Living room Fast, wireless internet access is offered. There's a lovely view of Doi Suthep Mountain from the balcony off the living room, where there's also a cozy sofa for three. The overall living is attentively decorated with bright, smiley decorates to enhance the positive vibes of your stay. -- Kitchen Fully equipped with modern facilities, cupboards, an induction stove, and an oven. Guests will find a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a kettle, and a full set of dinnerware, cups, and glasses. -- Bathroom The shower can be set to hot/cold water. Bathroom amenities including clean towels, shower towels, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. -- Common facilities The top floor provides you with the luxurious feeling of a lounge, 150-meter swimming pool, gym, yoga room, sauna, and steam room.

入住很方便，门卡就一楼电梯🛗旁边信箱，入住刷房卡。很安全。很安静。房间很干净。进门就闻到很香的味道。设施齐全，很舒服。房间窗户还能看到日落。
Patrix is een host die niet snel reageert. Er zijn meerdere co-hosts waardoor de communicatie onduidelijk is. Er was schimmel op de borden in de keuken. Het bed en de kussens waren super hard dus niet lekker geslapen. Het ziet er ook niet uit zoals op de foto’s. Bed is lelijk opgemaakt en er zit een lelijke hoes over de bank heen, dit vonden wij erg jammer.
Unfortunately, the aircon wasn't working for 24 hours of my 48-hour stay, and Patrix was fairly slow to get it fixed, instead suggesting I turn it on and off. In the end they did call the mechanic and it was full of dust- they did a routine cleaning which really should have been done without guests present. Overall, it is good value for money, the facilities are nice even if the unit may be a bit run down.
We had a good stay. We naturally stayed for the pool, which was amazing. Room was quaint.
Patrix’s condo has everything you need it for 2 people. In ChiangMai, this is quite nice property and keep it very well. The facilities on the roof top was so fantastic. Patrix and his team respond in good timely manner. However there are a couple downside. I wish the cleaner cleaned more throughly. There are lots of ants in the kitchen and later on I found out there is a bowel of left over food was on the top cabinet from previous guest. And there are not lots of variety restaurants near by. It’s quite walk to the night market and restaurants and you need to take taxi.
