We reached the property very early , Gaurav was easy to contact and prompt to answer, Sappan was sent to let us in within 10 minutes. The apartment is set in a very modern,clean complex with all the amenities listed, all I can say was it was exactly as listed , an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Goa , the interior is of a high spec and decorated to an international standard, even had a smoothie maker which our son loved . Just remember to update housekeeping with a time other then stated if needed Gaurav is very accommodating. All in All very highly recommended.

Centrally located and convenient access to Calangute and Baga. Both bathrooms had a very strong smell and the microwave was not cleaned for very long.

Have given 5star review because our stay was hassle free. And I do not intend to reduce the ratings. Check in and check out was seamless. Campus was clean and secure. Caretaker Sapan was responsive on phone. Helped us in getting bike on rent too. Security deposit was also promptly returned. Campus is quiet and the flat is a good place to have drinks and food in the comfort of the house. But the flat that was given to us had a sliding door separating two rooms (it was not ideally a 2BHK). If we had known this we wouldn’t have opted for this accommodation. Such an accommodation is not suitable for two couples coming together. It impacts privacy and hampers the movement from one room to the common area. Rest all was fine.
