Hi, my name is Stefania and I am native of Montepulciano. I work in the turism bussiness since 2000, I am the director of a country inn and a luxury boutique hotel. After 14 years I think to know the need of the traveller. In January 2014 I have completed the rennovation a 1300 palace located in the main street of montepulciano where I have realized two apartments, one for me and one at the noble floor to rent. I personally did all the decorations and the interior. The apartment to rent is located at the first floor of the palace called "noble floor" with original painted celings, indipendent entrance, 2 bedrooms with air condition and unique view of the country side, 2 marble bathrooms with shower, diningroom with kitchenette with dishwasher, large sitting area and private entry, Laundry room . The apartment is very very light, with bih new windows and even if located in the mani street it is very quite because of hight quality soundproof new windows. In the rate is included: free wifi connection, air cond, satellite tv, linen for bed, towels, city tax the apartment is close to a public parking area I will provide all the information about the towns, restaurants, think to do in town and in the area I live at the hotel wich is located 2km from the center of town but I am always at your disposal for the check in I will provide direction for a meeting point out side the center and I will drive you to the apartment or I will give you instruction for a self check in .
