Stunning private Villa a few steps from the sea. The property offers a large and furnished to enjoy your outdoor dinners, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area. Equipped with all comforts, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. All services are within walking distance. In a few steps you can get to a sandy or rocky beach, serviced with bars, restaurants etc. The property also provides with a private parking Stunning 2 levels of 125 square meters (1280 square feet). The property offers a large, private and furnished garden. The outdoor area also has a covered and furnished patio with table and chairs for 8 people. On the ground floor the villa has an entrance into the living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and outdoor veranda, and a further bathroom. Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, the villa has another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a covered veranda. The property also offers a separate laundry room and private parking. To make the environment unique is the large surrounding garden, full of various plants and trees, totally fenced and furnished to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Spacious house with a big garden in a calm suburban area. Close to a beach, a cafeteria/bakery just around a corner. Great place for families. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay.
We had a lovely trip to Sicily, and Sergio was most responsive to our needs. The house was extremely clean and the garden beautifully maintained.

The villa is set in a residential area very near to the beachfront. There is a large outside area to sit and eat out both at the front and back of the villa. The garden is well looked after with lovely trees and plants. A short walk of a few minutes takes you to a very small, secluded beach with a restaurant overlooking the sea. A ten minute walk takes you to a much larger beach with a Lido and bar with all the facilities. Also a lovely clean beach with beautiful clear blue sea. A shop for a few essentials is one house away and this was really helpful especially as we didn't have a car the first day of our stay. We had a hire car for our other days and went to Noto, Scicli and Ortigia which are all within easy reach. There were many other places also to see that were only about an hour away. A large Lidl is about a 10 minute drive. Sergio was really nice and helpful. He always responded quickly with information. The beds are comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is located in one of the most known beach locations of Syracuse. This place called Arenella, stands out for its beautiful beach of light sand with crystal clear waters, alternating with rocky beaches. The area is equipped with every service, such as bar, bakery, pharmacy, as well as several beaches that also offer restaurant service. The location is also ideal to go visit the various nearby places of interest. In just 10 km (10 minutes driving) you can reach the city of Syracuse and in particular Ortygia, the historic center of the city, a touristic area and a place rich in history, art, good food and a variety of historic buildings, symbol of the island of Ortygia. A few minutes driving from the highway to reach the various touristic places on the south side, such as the splendid Baroque city of Noto, the ancient fisherman village of Marzamemi, the Vendicari naturalistic reserve and the various and known enchanting beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sicily. The nearest airport is Catania and is about 55 minutes by car (70 km).
The location is served by BUS public transport to reach the city of Syracuse, from where you can move further easily. However, it is recommended to have your own vehicle in order to go around independently during any time of the day or night.
