We had a good time here. Place is clean and tidy. A few things to note- don’t accept Fen asking you to pay RM200 directly into their bank upon booking- very illegal on Airbnb! It is a beautiful spot. It is illegal to home stay in this property so you do get excessive photos on how to check in on your own without meeting the owner and through a lockbox but it was clear upon arrival that we shouldn’t actually be staying here as it is within the haven resort. Nonetheless we had a good time. Only disappointing this is my daughter actually took a cheap free toy from the lounge. Fen asked us if we had taken it and I was devastated to find it in our car-it would cost no more than rm5. They then insisted we post this very small toy back to the Airbnb immediately even after admitting it was a free gift they had received. It left a very sour taste in our mouth as it was such a small honest mistake which has caused us a huge headache now. Would I stay again- no!

Faa Yen's apartment in Ipoh is a true gem. The stunning view of the limestone hills from the balcony and the tastefully decorated interior create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The huge swimming pool, hiking trails, basketball court, gym, and tennis court offer ample opportunities for relaxation and activity. The small touches, like books and board games, add to the homely feel. Every room is air-conditioned, providing comfort. Faa Yen is a friendly and responsive host, offering valuable guides on what to do in Ipoh. This apartment is highly recommended for a memorable stay in Ipoh, blending relaxation and adventure.

Marvelous place call heaven and looks really like it. The appartement is clean and well furnished, feel like at home and Faa Yen was really helpful to found some good place to visit in Ipoh. The surrounding are amazing and so natural. The swimming pool is a super plus and the huge backyard is amazing for morning workout and running. I recommend this place.

Apart from the location (slightly away from town), everything else is good. The surrounding are peaceful with mountains and natural landscape being apart of the amenities. Perfect for morning jog around the areas. Host are proactive, responsive and also provider assistance for Additonal request from us. Place are clean, beds are comfortable and feels like a holiday home. A great place to try out for a change - away from the busy town.
