This was a unique and beautiful property, set amidst a working vineyard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to play pool in our private billiard room. We liked Nipomo and the surrounding areas, and had a lovely visit. Thank you, Heather!

Heather’s villa is very clean and beautiful. You can’t see the beauty from the pictures, you need to come to see it in person. We love the tower and enjoy our stay. Heather is a very responsible host, she makes us feel very comfortable just like at home. We also met the owner of the vineyard and their dogs, feel like old friends. We will definitely come again soon!! Highly recommended.

The estate family was very hospitable. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. Beautiful villa in the middle of a vineyard as described. Best for a couple. Heather was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend!

The host was great in every way. The home is beautiful and tucked away on a vineyard. Peaceful and quite. I wake up with the sun so that was perfect for me in the tower. There really isn't window coverings for that location. Getting changed with the tower view might be giving the other farmers and farm hands an unexpected view. There are no bathtubs, only showers. The days we stayed, the main shower was in disrepair and we were offered a shower on the first floor. Again not much privacy for changing in/out of the shower. The 1st floor shower was no higher than 5ft. I'm 6ft tall and much of me could be seen from the higher stairs view point. Not to mention the shower was chin level so I had to take the shower head off to rinse off one handed. I would recommend the host identify the issues prior to the reservation or offer some compensation adjustments. I enjoyed the coffee bar. Although I did not partake in the liquor at the bar, was nice to have that option available.
