Slight issue getting in (mainly due to our last minute booking) but Matthew was extremely helpful and considerate he really went out of his way to help us. We really appreciated his help.

We were locked out of our unit because keyless entry stopped working they did not come to repair the lock ever while we stayed. My child scaled up a 12 ft brick wall to jump onto the balcony lucky we left the door open and we were able to get in . We messaged them repeatedly to try and have this fixed. Response that was given was they didn’t have a day or time to get someone out there. We feared that we would be locked out again so we stayed in the room the rest of our stay. They never came and when asking for a refund for the days we sat waiting around we were given $116. This was our summer trip. We had to stay confined in a room for two days while because they could not get anything fixed was truly very disappointing to our children. The washer smelled like mildew so after doing a load our clothes it smelled horrible and they responded with they could drop off bleach so that we could wash the washer if we wanted to. Not something ideal to do on vacation. Bleach also never came.

Great place! Very convenient to the ski lifts and town. Beautiful view and was comfortable.

I have a hard time not giving 5 stars. I would love to give this listing a 4.5 instead. Someone previously mentioned that there wasn’t much privacy in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have shutters on their outside walls that open to the next room. You can hear everything. It also mentions it sleeps 10. This rental was perfect for my three kids ages 17, 15, and 12 and me. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. My kids are the size of adults. There is a pull out couch downstairs also. The only issue I had was the garage door would get snowed in like 6 inches or so after it’s plowed, and one day the plow didn’t come. You’d have to shovel yourself out, and I couldn’t find a shovel. I was lucky that my car has off roading and 4 wheel drive or we would have been stuck. Then the door to the garage doesn’t shut with the snow that gets in. We still had a wonderful time, enjoyed the convenient location and the views are gorgeous from the condo. The management texted a lot asking if we needed anything.

The property was mostly great. It's surrounded by nature's beauty and the general layout is fit for entertaining a family of five. That said, we did have issues at arrival and throughout our stay. Significantly, the refrigerator did not cool for our whole visit. I was told it checked out fine after our stay, but the reality is that it did not work for us. I raised the problem multiple times and it was never resolved by repair or any sort of credit. That's a big deal for a family of five expecting the ability to keep an infant's milk and groceries carried up from the last major grocery store down the hill. A shovel for snow/ice clearing was to be available in the property's garage, but was not (I would have brought one). This was a big problem with the property's parking approach that had been blocked by snow and Ice for quite sometime. After a failed attempt by Family Time to remove the snow and ice, I took it upon myself to find a machine/operator to help me out - - I did.
