The apartment was at a great location for me and my family. It’s a good price for a good amount of space in a well kept building within easy walk of the metro station. The space is sparsely decorated and not super up-to-date with finishes but accurately advertised in the listing. Communication was easy. We only had one issue- the bathtub didn’t drain properly, the host was responsive in terms of communication and put in a maintenance request with the building but because they are not on site, it didn’t get resolved during our trip so we all had to take turns with one shower for 2 nights in our stay.

I selected this location because it was big enough for a family of 6. It is also convenient for the metro and airport. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive to all of my questions. Check in instructions were very easy. Overall, a very positive experience.
