We had a great night stay, the room was very comfortable and amenities were well maintained. Pam & John were very accommodating with a friendly welcome on check in Would recommend a stay.

This was absolutely one of the best AirBNB experiences I have had. It is best described as a blend between the best of a bed and breakfast establishment and an AirBNB convenience etc. The location was very peaceful, the Inn was tastefully decorated and you feel like you are invited into someones' home. The hosts are by no means intrusive into your space, but just had a very personal touch. John and Pam are delightful people who love what they do. Everything feels hand picked - from the breakfast to the bath towels. I was there mid August which may be less busy than the mid summer time, but their surroundings and the added little touches made it peaceful from the inside out. While on the main rd (and almost only road in Hatteras) it is still quiet with the Inn having great outdoor space. The beach is not overly crowded and an easy walk. I plan to go back as much of possible and hope be added to their list of happy returning customers!
This amazing place felt like being right at home! Between how amazing Pam and JB were to the comfortable rooms and amazing breakfast to the short walk to the beach to the amazing backyard to Pumpkin greeting you at the door after coming back from the beach! I cannot wait to come back and am raving about this place to all of my friends! This is the best place I have ever stayed at!

Pam is from a beach town in Scotland called Ayr, and has spent the past 25 years as a cardiac physiologist, operational leader in healthcare and clinical research, and now coach ( My Atlantic Life Coaching). JB is from a tiny farming town in Nebraska called Ayr - Yes, we were both born in the town of Ayr, although in different continents, 5000 miles apart :o) JB's career has also been in healthcare and clinical research operational leadership
