Hydrangea Hill is a 2-bedroom home built with a modern take on a pahadi-style construction featuring a double-height wooden ceiling and a cozy fireplace. It is nestled on a ridge top at 7000 ft. in the charming village of Sunderkhal, Mukteshwar. Surrounded by Oak forests and fruit orchards, this home offers 360° views of the Kumaon Valley. Moreover, the home is blessed with a venerated Oak tree, believed to be at least 700 years old! - A short ascent from the entrances guides you to the ground level, where the front entrance reveals a sprawling lawn with a sit-out area. - On this level, you'll find a spacious living room, a dining area, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. - Ascending to the first floor, you'll encounter a unique architectural layout. - Two beds in the attic open up to a balcony with a glass roof, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and valleys. Another bedroom on this floor features a skylight, providing a memorable experience of sleeping under the stars. This bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom. - The Duplex embraces an open plan format, seamlessly merging interior and exterior spaces, creating an environment that encourages conversations, music, and joyful gatherings.
