Ground floor - 800 sft - Spacious verandah with seating , garden and lawn , one bedroom, one living , one common toilet , one attached toilet , gazebo overlooking a private pool (12’x18’ pool size ) Bedrooms are provided with a 6’x6’ bed , dresser with mirror, cupboard and attached toilets. All Toilets are uber clean with Geysers , European closets , shower , wash basin , linen and basic toiletries First floor - 800 sft - Two bedrooms , lobby and a large balcony with seating overlooking garden and pool .

Priya's Place is beautiful and clean! Priya was also so helpful and responsive. Regan the care taker was also very helpful and the description matched the actual place we had an amazing time in the house and the pool ! We loved the seating near pool area ..early morning was a bliss in the sit out with nice breeze and some good breakfast! Would definitely recommend this place!
A very well maintained house with a big garden, verandahs, pool, cosy bedrooms, clean washrooms, a well stocked fridge and all essentials needed for basic cooking! On top of that Reagan, the caretaker, was very helpful and sincere. Will cherish our short stay for a long long time!
Good place but a bit on the expensive side
Great place to stay in Mahabalipuram, convenient location, well maintained property with clean consumables (linens, towels, toiletries etc.) Reagan, the helper, was very polite and helpful and ensured our stay was good. Will definitely recommend.
The house is perfect — clean, great architecture, a private pool, close to the beach. The helper, Reagan, was extremely helpful. Removing one star for noise — the house is surrounded by sculpture shops with constant sounds of their machinery and music that can even be heard inside the house. It did not bother most people in my group, but if you are sensitive to noise this may disturb you.
