We had a great stay! This is one of the cleanest condos I have stayed in which was really nice. King beds are pretty hard and some may not like that but we slept wonderful! We did run out of towels because they only provided enough for 5 people when we had 9 but they brought more the same day we messaged them. Great communication and we could message them at any time. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect and the space was great! My only complaint was the parking pass situation. When we arrived we found the wristbands but no parking pass. I reached out and was told they would be delivered the next morning by housekeeping. They weren’t- so I called again. They said they’d bring them later that day… they didn’t come. This resulted in a parking violation. I called again- they said the manager would bring it. He didn’t- I got another parking violation. Then he finally brought them the next day due to them finally being available. Thankfully they did take those off the record and we didn’t get changed- but I finally got the parking passes on day 3 after numerous texts and calls.
