The apartment was well equipped but we wouldn't recommend staying here at all. I'll tell you why: we got majorly disappointed by the behavior of the employees (and even the hotel owner!). At first, they were helpful and "playing nice" but when something didn't go according to their will, they got pissed off, disrespectful and aggressive towards us. The starting problem was that the advert we booked said "breakfast inclusive". So we just went to breakfast every morning because on Airbnb it clearly stated that it's included. On the last day before checking-out, out of nowhere, one of the employees accused us of going to breakfast because it would not be included in our booking. They started discussing with us for like 30 minutes and even after showing them their own advert on Airbnb stating the included breakfast, they kept insisting on their own policies just for the sake of "being right". We felt intimidated by them and they pressured us to pay the full price for the breakfast for the three nights we stayed there (10 € per day / person). We barely took a bun from the buffet each morning and even brought our own spreads and toast there. Still, they just didn't listen to us and just repeatedly insisted on us having to pay for the (included) breakfast. I have never experienced such a rude way of treating paying guests and such an un-willingness to find a fair solution for everyone. Basically within one hour, they managed to destroy our whole experience at this hotel leaving us with a bitter feeling after walking away. We're entirely disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, obwohl man schnell im Zentrum ist. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei. Check-In verlief problemlos. Können wir somit uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Nice convenient small studio Good area , walking distance to the closest town , but ideally you need a car if your staying in lake Garda!
