Located right next to MRT Rachadapisek Station. Only 20 mins to asok and 15 mins to Rama9. Spacious room. There are 3 pools and 1 gym. It’s very quiet and the host replied within 5 mins always.
Place is exactly as described and pictured. It's a big comfy apartment to make yourself at home in while you work. Gym is survivable (no barbells) but there's enough in there to help you stay in touch while traveling. Only very tiny flaw is there's not a lot immediately surrounding the place. You're walking at least 20 minutes each way (pain in Bangkok heat) to get to anything or it's the train or the convenience store. Far from the end of the world but just something to note. Aside from that the location is still pretty good, very quiet with the essentials at hand and mrt couldn't be any closer.

Park is an excellent host, answered all my questions before booking and helped with everything after check-in. The apartment - as everyone wrote, is really spacious, with a good view of the city, the windows do not face the sunny side (this is good for Bangkok) with a convenient metro location. The condo is not populated by tourists, there is always space in the gym and in the swimming pools, which is nice.
