The instructions for checking in were detailed and clear. It was easy to follow. Upon arrival, the place was spotless. The place was peaceful and accessible via Grab. The windows provided a good view, but we wished there was an option for blackout curtains or at least darker ones to tone down the sunlight since the sunrise was just by the window. The sheets and towels were clean and carried no foul odor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and book again.

We opted for Ryza's accommodation last-minute due to a 2 p.m. meeting in BGC the following day. The listing indicated a check-in time of 3 p.m., and we booked hoping we could at least leave our luggage in the lobby until the apartment was ready. However, Ryza informed us that luggage drop-off was not an option. Upon requesting an earlier check-in at 2 p.m. due to our situation, we were met with a firm stance from Ryza, suggesting we either accept the terms as is or cancel our booking. Her listing did specify a 3 p.m. check-in, so while we recognize our oversight, it would be beneficial for future guests if Ryza explicitly stated in her house rules that luggage drop-off is not permitted. Ultimately, we decided to cancel our stay. Without experiencing the accommodation firsthand, I cannot comment on its quality, but from a customer care perspective, this experience was hugely disappointing.

The place is surprisingly bigger than our expectation. For its price, it’s certainly a value for your money.

Being In the BCG area felt very safe, lots of places to walk to during day/night, having the pool to cool off in during the heat was amazing, the place itself was very clean and a beautiful view from the main bedroom, and the host was very friendly/responded quickly:)
