The little house La Xicoteta, is located in l'Ampolla, a few meters on foot from the Parc Natural del Delta de l'Ebre and Platja de l'Arenal. Ideal house for a family with 1 or 2 children. Nature, beach and tranquility next to the town. The house has a large room, with a wardrobe and a bunk bed where its lower bed is a 135x190 double bed and the upper one is 90x190. On request, a cot or 120 bed can be installed in the same room. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. The dining room, which is located together with the kitchen, has a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi network that supply the entire house. Full bathroom with shower. In the patio there is an area where children can play, a barbecue and a rest area with a table and chairs for the terrace.

Estancia genial, casita pequeña pero limpia , confortable y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días estupendos. A pocos pasos de la plaza , una terraza estupenda y un anfitrión de 10. Repetiremos sin duda.

Pasamos unos días en el apartamento con nuestro perro y estuvimos muy a gusto. Todo genial. Eduard es muy amable y muy atento. El apartamento está bien equipado, las camas son muy cómodas, tiene bbq y un buen patio y está perfectamente ubicado, a 15 min de Deltebre y a 30 min dels Ports de Beseit. Totalmente recomendable
Una casita perfecta para una familia de 4. Muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Eduard, el dueño, un encanto, pendiente de todo. Muy recomendable.
Alojamiento pequeño pero muy limpio y cómodo, no nos ha faltado nada. Eduard super atento para cualquier cosa que necesites y muy amable, la playa a unos 10 minutos andando y la zona super tranquila. Hemos podido alojarnos con nuestra mascota y es algo que agradecemos profundamente.

Very close is the Camping de l'Ampolla, where we find a bar, restaurant and supermarket.
