We chose to stay close to the city and Airport. No 17 bus took us downtown and $21 took us to the airport. Ideal place to stay. Loved chatting to our hosts and they were most helpful. Thoroughly recommend this venue. You will have plenty of space and privacy.

Aparna was really welcoming and answered all my questions leading up to checking in. There were no check-in details on the listing prior to booking, so I had to ask what they were and also some questions about the privacy and essentials. I was told that I would have the upstairs all to myself since they could only handle one reservation at a time. She mentioned her family’s dog, which was fine. And mentioned towels would be provided. What was not mentioned through messages or on the listing prior to arrival: A/C unit was broken, she had a child, and her mother was visiting (and would take one of the bedrooms upstairs). Units were also a little dirty with stains in the bathroom and hair in cabinets and the floor. The place was pretty though. Oakridge is also not a very convenient place for tourists who are new to Vancouver and don’t have a car. I was a victim of phishing on Lyft while here, which affected my trip. Aparna was understanding and helpful. But overall, I won’t recommend.

Aparna and her family including her well behave and sweet dog was a real treat for us to stay with. The suite provided separate space with lots of privacy and all the comfort one needs. Aparna was very helpful for any last minute requests. It's a brand new home with multiple large windows and sky light for natural light. You will be sharing the entrance but the staircase is right next to the entrance to the separate Airbnb space upstairs with the bedroom, attached bathroom and large kitchen. The location is ideal. Central to great eateries as well as the airport and getting to Stanley Park, the beaches and downtown via public transportation. If you have a car, there are lots of up front spaces to park in a super safe neighborhood. It was a joy to stay in this modern architectural home with warm and welcoming hosts. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Myself and my partner look forward to returning to stay again in the future. Thank you A, E and D!

Our brief stay at Aparna’s was great. She’s an attentive host and communication was a breeze. The space itself is clean, cozy and flooded with natural light. There’s a real sense of separateness and comes equipped with everything you would need. The location is great too, with downtown being approximately 15 minutes away by car. There’s also a Skytrain station nearby. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we would happily book again.
