Cosy bedroom in our five-storey pink palace designed to host travellers exploring Lisbon. The bedroom has a private bathroom and a little balcony, the door can be locked. You will have access to a shared kitchenette where you could prepare a coffee or simple meals. Thanks to a self-check-in system and clear instructions you'll easily gain access to your bedroom via a key lockbox. It is simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This friendly-budget room is in a guesthouse, a 1800's palace in the heart of an emblematic neighbourhood in Lisbon. Feel at home in this guesthouse designed for the new age of professionals. I loved my stay here, the location was very central. Most of the time I walked to the places I wanted to see. Antoine and Kathrin were always very attentive and always responded quickly. If I go to Lisbon again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.
Ett toppen AirBnb boende med perfekt gångavstånd till stan, många bra restauranger och sevärdheter. Antonie och övriga hyresvärdar vara väldigt hjälpsamma och fanns alltid tillgängliga. Rekommenderar starkt!
Super zentral und alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr charmant. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und ein großer Pluspunkt ist der wunderschöne Innenhof. Direkt neben an gibt es zwei kleine Supermarkts wo man auf die Schnelle etwas besorgen kann. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ich werde das nächste mal wieder hier buchen!
Tout était comme décrit sur l'annonce, les hôtes à l'écoute et réactifs, le beau jardin, la sécurité et l'annonce hyper bien détaillée pour rentrer et récupérer les clefs. Cependant l'odeur de moisi qui était imprégnée dans la chambre, était pour moi rédibitoire.
I had a very nice stay there. It’s well located close to metro and train station. The room was bright and clean, the bed was comfy and the coworking place is the perfect addition for me, since I needed to work during my stay.

The guesthouse is located between Principe Real and Avenida da Liberdade.
Principe Real is a central and emblematic neighbourhood where you can enjoy having a walk through gardens and 19th century maisons, visit the botanical garden and browse through Portuguese designer stores. It is a lively and trendy area full of little cafes and typical tascas.
The guesthouse is 5 minutes walk to Principe Real Garden and also, 8 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the city, Miradouro Sāo Pedro de Alcantara.
The guesthouse is perfectly located to move around by walk but there are also many close bus stops. The closest metro station is Avenida and is only a few minutes walk away. The closest train station is Rossio, from where you can take the train to Sintra for a day trip.
If you come from the airport, the house is only 35 minutes away by metro. You will need to take the red line from the airport to São Sebastião and there change to the blue line and stop at Avenida, from Avenida station is 5 minutes walk to our guesthouse.
