Close to biking and walking trails. Spiral stairs leads to 1 bedroom loft & King sized bed. 1 Couch bed located below in living room and 1 fold out chair mattress. Netflix/HuluOversized walk in shower and dedicated full work station. Front loader W/D in unit. Interior designed modern two story Guesthouse. First floor features full kitchen, living room with couch bed and large luxury shower retreat. Designated work space with wifi/printer/monitor/for MacBook or laptop hookup. Laundry room with W/D LG front loaders on first floor. Spiral staircase leads to second story loft bedroom with pillow top Sterns and Foster king sized bed and luxury bedding, as well as spacious adjoining walk-in closet. Fold out chair mattress also provided. Separate backyard with vegetable garden to pick your own tomatoes, basil, carrots, and thyme. Numerous outdoor seating areas for conversation/eating/ lounging just for guesthouse w/ outdoor flat screen tv. Option to use the pool in backyard at the main house. Parking available on street or designated spot on left side of driveway in front of black wood gate. Open large black wood gate towards the set back private entrance of Guesthouse equipped w/ keypad for smart check-In.

Another great stay at The Canyon Guesthouse! Always feels great walking back into the guesthouse when arriving in Folsom. Cannot say enough about Lydia or the accommodations.

Another great stay at The Canyon Guesthouse! The guesthouse is a 5-star, must stay while in Folsom. Reposting and adding to my December review: What an amazing place! 100% recommend. Lydia is a great host that offered constant communication and is always very accommodating. The guesthouse is attached to the main residence which sets in a very secure and quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan provides enough space separating the kitchen, living area, and furnished computer desk a great feel. The bedroom loft also has a great feel and allows for very peaceful rest. The outdoor area has two separate seating areas that are quite comfortable. The location is ideal and close to the historic Sutter Street and Folsom area and just a very short drive to hiking, walking, and biking trails, great shops, dining, and a cool theater experience (Sutter Street Theater). Another great stay at The Canyon Guesthouse! Lydia does a great job at communicating and keeping the place extremely clean. This place truly feels like a home away from home. Already booked to be back again!

Lake Natoma is in walking distance to rent Kayak’s or float the river. 2.2 Miles from Folsom’s downtown Sutter Street and 2 miles from Folsom Lake. Quiet upscale neighborhood centrally located on borders of Granite Bay, Orangevale, and close to biking paths.
Accommodating street parking as well as a driveway spot. Inexpensive Uber ride or 20 min walk as we are close to downtown.
