This was an oasis & respite over a busy weekend. The caravan is classic and minimalistic. The outdoor area restful and functional. Just note you might see some 8 legged buddies around ;)

Beautiful and private oasis. Although it's so cold at night, the water in the shower and camper sink got so hot so fast. The landscaping is amazing, lots of avocado trees, succulents and flowering plants that attract hummingbirds and butterflies. The smoking corner was so nice to sit and relax and gaze at the stars. I appreciate the stove and mini fridge. Keep the space heater on overnight, we made the mistake of turning it off. The second night, we were very cozy with the heater on. Lot of blankets and towels are provided (we brought out own). Also, it was nice to have lots of room spray around since the camper definitely smells retro lol. Only thing is that the camper really needs to be dusty weekly - it made my sinuses flair and there was quite a bit of spiders in the camper. Wifi was not really strong but we did not spend much time in the camper and needing the wifi. This is a great place to disconnect! Close to Montecito Hot Springs which is a must when I am in the area

A serene retreat that was just as described! Out in nature and private with all the necessary amenities for a “glamping” get-away. Tim was also very nice and responsive. Would recommend!

We loved Tim's outdoor space. I especially enjoyed taking a shower in the outdoor (but covered) shower. A peaceful, cozy, and comfortable spot, and I would stay again.

Hands down the best air bnb experience I have ever had. Stayed with my boyfriend and we loved it. Tim was a super accommodative, responsive, and friendly. You can tell he put a lot of effort into making guests feel right at home. Instructions for the spot was very clear. The binder with local recommendations was an amazing touch. My boyfriend and I plan to come back specifically for this air bnb, thats how much we loved it.
