房子很精致，遮光窗帘睡得很好，房间有直饮水和洗衣机很nice，麻雀虽小，五脏俱全。位置上由于房子在市中心靠近富都这里，晚上出去吃东西很方便，稍微晚点回来也没问题。大楼有两个出入口，都很方便，稍微走几步也有轨道交通。房东很nice给了很多旅行的建议和帮助，这个游泳池是我此行马来西亚最好的无边泳池，一切都很完美。

Nice, well equipped unit...... The pool area's are very nice. Direct access to a mall and another huge mall across the street. Not being from Asia originally I cannot stress to you enough just how important large malls are to getting great food and shopping for groceries. Wy's unit has that access and very nice view of the skyline and Patronus Twin towers, still the largest twin towers in the world. I was also impressed with how clean K.L. is. So j.f.y.i., take the direct bus from the airport to the city centre bus stop. From there take a grab taxi to the Lucentia residences for like $2 american. Will cut the price for transportation from klia by more than half with only slightly more time elapsed.... If you travel before 6am or after midnight grab is by far the best/only option....

Pros: Window view is stunning and amenities (gym, pools, etc) in the building are awesome. There’s a street of restaurants right outside the building. Across that street is a big mall with even more restaurants and all major brands plus huge supermarket. Host is very fast to respond and helpful. I asked for washing powder and had it at my door twenty minutes later. Cons: Except for the mall and restaurants street there isn’t much to do and surrounding area has a somewhat decrepit look and feel. There’s a stadium nearby. You can’t see it but can hear loudspeakers all too well. It was quiet during workdays, but nonstop during weekend. One time bass from music was so strong, it made the building vibrate. Internet connection was unstable dropping every ten minutes or so, turning video calls into a challenge.

Host yang responsive. Setiap mesej di jawab dengan pantas. Check in proses juga cepat ada orang menunggu bagi kunci. Rumah / studio yang kecik tapi view cantik. Kebetulan ada urusan dekat zepp , dapat rumah ni sebelah je dengan zepp. Senang jimat masa tak perlu amik grab. Harga boleh la tak mahal tak murah. Boleh menginap lagi lepas ni. Haa cuma sink sewer lubang air tandas ada bau sikit, lepas guna sehari dua , bau hilang. Takpa small matters only.
