The house was perfectly clean and presentable. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen was nicely supplied. Really, a fantastic stay! One aspect of this house some might find difficult: the upstairs windows don't open and only 2 downstairs windows open. The house is climate controlled with constantly circulating air much like a hotel. I greatly prefer cracked windows in a bedroom at night and you can't do that at this house. Ceilings fans help make the house cool and not stuffy.
The house really is charming. It’s an historical house and neighborhood but the house has been updated with a nice modern kitchen and big bathrooms. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Such a nice neighborhood-tree lined streets, cute houses, a park at the end of the street right on the water! The house was very clean. Danielle was very helpful. The location is perfect, we walked all over downtown Annapolis and to West street restaurants. Only 2 blocks to Main Street!! Parking was never a problem on the street and in the nearby garage. We will definitely be back.
GREAT LOCATION! Walkable to Main street and all the great things to see in Annapolis. Danielle the property manager was great. There were some issues that came up and Danielle was always responsive and asked how to make it better. Recommended that the carpet be replaced as it is dated upstairs and has stains. Some appliances did not work( the oven, ice maker) and only 2 windows would open. The rest of the windows were painted shut. Danielle gave us a partial refund and has contacted the owner to get these items remedied before renting out again. The top of the stairs are missing a hand rail which could be a safety issue but again Danielle said this would be taken care of and was very receptive to our feedback.
Newly renovated home. Strong offensive odor of pet and/or mildew. The windows are painted shut and would not budge so not able to get fresh air. Convenient, walkable location. Nearby parking garage.
We stayed here for my Naval Academy ten year reunion, and it was perfect! It was so convenient to be right downtown. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we are so happy we chose to stay here!
