Современный комфортный дом, оборудованный всем необходимым. Расположен в тихой урбанизации, при этом рядом есть всё необходимое, рестораны, кафе, магазины. До пляжа около 10 минут на автомобиле. Прекрасное жильё и гостеприимные, отзывчивые хозяева! Очень рекомендую!

If you are looking you should book. What an amazing house. Everything you need has been thought of. A real home from home with great attention to detail. The hosts are perfect. Communication exceptional. I can not recommend this house enough.

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished accommodation both outside and in. Chema and Laura live next door with their two sons and were very helpful when needed. Shops and restaurants within 5 minutes drive but the house is in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend the house especially as it is pet friendly. We travelled with our small dog and cat. The only criticism we have is there is no oven for cooking.

Very nice house and outside area. After a stormy night the outside tent was broken, chema fixed it immediately without us even asking. The neighbourhood is really quiet. You defenitly need a car to get anywhere. Beach of Marina was veey pleasant, only 10 min by car. Alicante about 30 min by car.

Great Villa... done out to a high standard with everything you need for an easy stay. We travelled with our 3 year old Daughter so absolutely loved the open plan layout downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped (although we only really made breakfast and lunch). Washing machine being upstairs close to Washing line on the sun terrace was so nice and easy. Garden/terrace was nice with dining table and sun lounger. It's all lit up lovely in the evening. (BBQ looked to have all the equipment needed but we didn't end up using it). Swimming Pool great, daughter loved it. Although not heated so a little bit on the chilly side at first you soon adjust. We had it all to ourselves every time we used it. We would definitely stay here again, its such a great find. (Just hope its not that popular we struggle to book in!).
