If you read through the other reviews, you will have a very good perspective on Megan’s place. Location is super-convenient for essentially anything in Ft Worth; communication and all processes were seamless. If you know the Fairmount district, you know this will be an older (>100 yrs) building but the unit is spacious and photos and description are accurate. Great for a stay of several days (I would stay again) but may not have all the amenities (particularly kitchen) one would want for a longer stay. Being just over a block from Magnolia St means some night noise (particularly weekend) but I did not find it too bad. Priced very reasonably for what you get. If you’re after plush and high-end, may not be right for you, but for comfort and convenience, it’s spot-on.

We came for the weekend to go to the stockyards and it was only a 15 minute Uber ride to get there! House was very cute and clean! Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed the stay! The place was in a perfect location near restaurants and medical centers. Loved the decor and the bed and linens were comfy. Will definitely want to stay again.

Incredibly convenient location if you’re attending a show at Dickies Arena. Very helpful and welcoming hosts!

This is a cute place well-located in the Near Southside/Magnolia neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants and activity just a short walk away but the immediate surroundings are still quiet enough to get some rest. The host was a little intense with communication between booking and the stay, including a requirement to specifically acknowledge the house rules in a message despite already having agreed to them during the booking process. I've never seen such a patronizing requirement at any other listing. That said, this was the best-priced listing in the location I needed and otherwise we had a good experience.
