Brian's place is well equipped and has lots of room. We used both bedroom and sofa bed and could cook dinners easily. We enjoyed our stay and Brian was very approachable and helpful.

Brian’s airbnb was in the perfect location- it was so close to restaurants- walking distance. It was on top of a coffee shop- but still had a very private deck. We will definitely book again if we ever find ourselves back in Thunder Bay!

We arrived at Brian’s place after an unsettling experience at our previous Air BNB, he was extremely flexible with our check in time which was a life saver that day. His space is located over top the Bean Fiend cafe which is convenient considering the fare is outstanding! (Best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! and you need to try the coconut dream bars!) The cafe has an eclectic vibe and was a comfortable place to hang out too. Brian himself is friendly and personable, accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned as to whether or not everything was ok with the space. There’s only one unit with the cafe below you so it’s pretty quiet especially after 4:00. The apartment is exactly as pictured. I will never underestimate the value in talking with the actual property owner when staying at an Air BNB again. Being able to speak in person was a bonus as well as a woman staying in an unfamiliar area it made me feel more comfortable and it just feels safer. Id definitely return.
