Look no further…it’s all about location, location, location! And it’s all happening in the heart of downtown. Take advantage of the short walk to all of the local food, entertainment, festivals, and shopping. Visit the area’s weekly Farmers Market happening every Saturday less than half a mile away. Our townhome is the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Whether you’re coming for the casinos (5 miles away), a family event (weddings, reunions, etc.), or just to immerse yourself in the SWLA culture, this is the place to stay! We are 1 mile from Christus Ochsner St. Patrick Hospital which is perfect for Traveling Medical Staff or being near a loved one receiving care.

Daniel's place was great! Super close to everything to do in Lake Charles. Casino's a short 10min drive away. Townhouse was super cute and had a great size space for those whole love to cook.

Home was as pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of options for tea and/or coffee lovers. Open floor plan on first level. Lots of closet space in bedrooms. Home was also the first to have a soft scent that was perfect. A definite plus. I had some cleaning issues with all three bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave and two covers. We arrived around 1:40am and pictures were sent with what we found. Host responded in the morning and said it would be taken care of upon coming back from out of town. Host did offer a discount for a future visit but after discussing with my husband. I asked for a credit in cleaning. Which is asking for less than what host offered but upon host speaking with cleaning personal. Cleaners did not agree but I have pictures. There is no way after driving for hours. That we would have the energy to stage our issues. I hope the host will inspect all future reservations as this home would have been the best home we have stayed in. Had we not had the issues.
