The place is spacious, secure and good for guests with a car.
The place is not far from the barge it only took us 3-5 mins. PJ and the caretaker are very accommodating. Very tidy and comfy place. Recommended
A nice quiet place to rest. Easy to find. House caretakers were helpful. Clean place. Only downside I see were the blackouts that happened twice in our stay and not much to do when returning after a day exploring the Island.
The place is good especially if you're going home from the beach to rest. It's easy to find and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, no traffic noises etc. so I was able to rest well after a long day. Perfect for those with cars since it's also gated. Will stay here again next time I visit Samal. ☺️
We had a good sleep at PJ’s place. Its has a quiet neighborhood, easy to locate , very clean, homey and the linens has a very good smell. Will definitely recommend for tourists who just wanted a nice place to sleep after roaming around the island during daytime.

There is free parking within the premises that can fit up to two cars. The place is also well known by the local motorcycle drivers for guests who will commute
