Xavier was so helpful with getting us settled and sorted! The space is gorgeous and the location is divine. I highly recommend staying here!
We stayed at Xavier's beautiful condo near the beach and just a short walk to 5th street. This location is perfect for anyone that wants to tour Playa Del Carmen. There are tons of activities and excursions to find in the area. The food is also fantastic at the many nearby restaurants. The condo was immaculate and the rooftop pool was amazing. The bathroom was large and we had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. The condo seems to be part of a hotel style residence. There is almost always someone at the front desk to help. Taxis are always available outside. There are large stairs to go up to reach the entrance. One thing to keep in mind is if you want cleaning of the condo done while you stay you will have to pay extra. We were fine without needing that service. However if you plan to stay longer then 7 days I would keep in mind the extra cleaning fee you may need. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this. I will definitely be back!
Location location location - this beautiful modern condo sits between the busy tourist area of PDC and the beautiful empty beaches of Playa 72/88. We used the rooftop pool with perfect views of the Caribbean and surroundings. A couple of must dos: Beach: walk 15 min north and relax on Playa 88. It’s away from all the hustle. Breakfast: Francesca The Italian Bakery has some of the best coffee we had. Carlota has some of the best smoothie bowls! Dinner: Mia’s HomeMade has amazing friendly staff while the food tastes homemade. Fish House is another off the strip place that serves up friendly and knowledgeable staff along with excellent fresh seafood. La Bodeguita for delicious Cuban cuisine and mojitos. Getting around: Taxi from Cancun Airport > condo is around USD 80 and MAKE SURE THEY DON’T drop you off across town at the other Dreams building. ADO Bus from the Cancun airport is around USD 15. USD 10 from bus to condo. Xavier was a great host and made us feel right at home!

Si deseas mayor flexibilidad, puedes optar por rentar una bicicleta y recorrer los alrededores de manera divertida y ecológica. Para aquellos que deseen explorar más allá de Playa del Carmen, también pueden optar por rentar un coche ( si quieren rentar una auto tenemos el servicio) .
Tendrás la libertad de visitar otros destinos cercanos y descubrir los tesoros ocultos de la Riviera Maya.
