Come enjoy the island life at this tranquil villa with private pool...only steps from the beach! Cooler, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs INCLUDED! The entire home has been remodeled. The pool has been fully updated as well as the deck area, which includes brand new furniture and high-end loungers. A new gas grill has also been added for your outdoor grilling pleasure. Stream all your favorites with our strong Wi-Fi. Upscale restaurant, Pangea, is just steps away. Free parking. There is a comfy new king bed as well as a living room pullout couch. A roll away cot with a soft mattress is also available, if needed. We have new kitchen utensils and grilling supplies to go along with the new outdoor gas grill. Stream all your favorites on the new TV with our fast, high-speed internet (speed verified by Airbnb). Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and pool inflatables are all provided for your enjoyment.

Brian’s place was absolutely beautiful! It looks just like the pictures provided but better in person! Very clean and quiet ,private as described ! Brian’s a great host and very responsive and was helpful with all and any questions I had. I will definitely consider staying here again for our future visits!
We had a wonderful time staying at Brains place. It was so close to Sapphire beach and Lindquist beach( my favorite). It was a little walk from the parking lot but the pathways make it easy to get to the villa. We had great stay and look forward to coming back.

This will now become our go to place on St. Thomas. Cannot be beat for the price, location, convenience, and ease of stay. We were out for full days but always relished coming back and unwinding at the pool after a day exploring. The beach is just a short walk away. and the space has absolutely everything you'd need for an amazing stay. Can't recommend this place enough!!!

Although a car is not required, we do recommend one for the added ease of getting around (we can refer a good agency). A rental car also comes in handy should you decide on a day trip to beautiful St John. Otherwise, taxis are available 24/7 as well as the local public transit bus ($1 fares). Note: Ride share apps are not available in St. Thomas.
