It’s the perfect home base for exploring San Francisco Bay area! The County Fairgrounds & downtown for shops, cafes, restaurants & bars is within walking distance! ✨ Completely separate, private, cozy, 100% newly remodeled studio-like master bedroom suite with an attached luxurious full bathroom, spacious walk-in closet, and brand new COMFY Beautyrest Queen mattress. ✨ In-room kitchenette features a brand new LG 6 cubic ft. fridge with freezer, brand new microwave, brand new Ninja multi-cooker appliance with air fryer/toaster/oven/stovetop cooking features, complete kitchen essentials such as plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and cookware. ✨ Room also includes a desk/dining table, 2 chairs, a bench, and a 55” Samsung flat screen TV with Roku streaming for free movies/shows ✨ The 1st (bottom) floor master bedroom is fully equipped for longer stays. You will have plenty of separation and privacy being downstairs all by yourself next to the front door entrance and garage. ✨ Monthly rate for stays 30 days or longer includes utilities, fast WiFi internet, use of washer/dryer, and Roku TV online streaming services. Washer and dryer is only available for mid to long-term stays. ✨ 2nd floor is where our kitchen, dining, laundry room are located (only accessible to guests staying 30 days or longer). Me and my family stay in bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

Excellent, relaxing, and comfortable stay at Frances’s place! The room is private, very convenient, sparkling clean and a great value. We love the place and felt like home. Frances was incredibly gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend to others and looking forward to staying again.
Frances goes above and beyond as a host, and the place is just great. I'm in Pleasanton for a long term work experience and Frances has made me feel so incredibly welcomed. Her great recommendations, kindness, and welcoming nature have helped make Pleasanton a home during my stay. The town itself is quaint, with plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops. It's a really safe area which was great for me being in a new place.
This is a perfect, quiet, private & peaceful place to stay. Room is exceptionally clean & cozy. Parking right in front of the house is a plus & the privacy of being by the front door downstairs & away from the "main residence spaces" gives you the outmost privacy & comfort. I have been staying here any chance I get when working in town & will continue to book when possible. Frances & her husband are amazing hosts, welcoming & very responsive at all times! I cannot recommend this enough!
I only wish I could have stayed longer! It was a quick work trip but from even before I arrived, Frances was super proactive and friendly. The space was beautiful, well decorated, and had every amenity you could imagine! Everything was quiet and peaceful during my stay - plus the bed was extra comfy.
Frances is such a welcoming & friendly host! Absolutely loved my time there. The ninja air fryer is a plus! Can't wait to come back!

Minutes away is also the Alameda County Fairgrounds, which hosts a variety of outdoor events all year round! Enjoy the perks of this extremely central and lively city. Livermore Outlets, hospitals like Stanford Valley Care, Kaiser, and Sutter Health, parks, Shadow Cliffs Lake for boating, fishing, camping, hiking and biking trails are all just a few minutes away!
Pleasanton BART station is just 10 minutes away to get to San Francisco by train. By car, it is about a 25-minute drive to Fremont, San Jose, Oakland, and Walnut Creek. We are about a 1-hour drive from popular tourist destinations like San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Napa.
Plenty of free parking is available in front of our home and all around in the neighborhood as long as you park in between 2 white markings/lines.
