4 adults stayed April 6–14. Location good (btwn downtown Austin & our Georgetown family). GREAT: Hosts gracious & responsive b4 & during stay. Questions promptly answered. Anything needed delivered w/in hours. Quiet street/friendly neighbors. House borders small park/pond--lovely to walk around. Peaceful backyard w/patio furniture, grill. Comfortable beds/pillows; spacious master bed/bath. Kitchen well appointed; we often cooked. In-home washer/dryer. Attached garage. MEH: Adjustable shower head in front bathroom has 3 settings: hard, super hard, & painful. Only master bedroom has mirror; none in other bedrooms. No dresser/chest/luggage rack in any bedrooms. BAD: Living room seating = TORTURE. Very uncomfortable/can't relax. Armchairs hard. Sofa-sleeper couch PAINFUL. No padding; can see/feel seat-cushion springs. Back cushions too short; can't lean back/relax. Sad we couldn’t enjoy LR. BUT, ***definitely*** recommend because great hosts and the meh & bad are easily fixable.

This place was perfect. it was tucked away in a neighborhood. we made use of the park in the back, taking walks in the morning and afternoon when we were at the house. the back deck was relaxing place go relax at the end of a long day. we had a small wifi issue but Malena/David were quick to resolve in the morning while we were out grabbing some food. overall, I would absolutely stay again if in the area again.

We had a very nice stay here. We had all we needed for the week, and our young kids loved that the backyard connected to a small playground and trail. The host was very responsive and provided simple check-in and checkout instructions.

Malena was super communicative & nice with us. Was willing to accommodate our requests & the price was fantastic! Spacious house & the rooms, restrooms, and kitchen were super clean as well. Loved our stay here!
