Ester is the kindest and most generous host I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My family had an absolutely fantastic time staying in ester’s home. Not only does she make you feel at home, but she truly treats you like family. She met us at the airport and took care of us the entire time. She helped us with every single thing we needed, and accompanied us to many places. Of all the Airbnb places we’ve stayed, this one was the best. If you’re wondering which place to book on your trip to Easter Island, look no further.

What an incredible stay! We loved out time at Ester’s home. She and her family were simply marvelous; so friendly, so kind, and so generous. Ester and her lovely husband live next door, so seeing them daily was a pleasure. They made sure that we enjoyed our stay, and were always available. The house itself is lovely. We kept to the main floor, with its three bedrooms and two bathrooms (the primary bedroom has an en-suite). Each of the three bedrooms faces the back garden and each has sliding glass doors directly onto the back patio. Sunset views from the patio were lovely. While we didn’t really cook at all, we did use the fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast at home prior to our daily journeys. The huge living / dining room (with a soaring ceiling) was very comfortable; the lovely covered back patio is where we spent our time outdoors. The house is an easy 10 minute walk to the center of town and all the of restaurants/bars. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Villa Homiti has all you need for your stay in Rapa Nui. The best part is how amazing Ester is: she will be your guiding Rapa Nui light while you are here. Each day she delivered vegetables from her garden, fresh made juice, and much much more. The house itself offers brand new amenities - the shower was always hot hot hot; the kitchen has everything you need, and each bed is quite comfortable. I know a lot of other Air BnBs are a lot older than they appear in the pictures, but Villa Homiti is updated and new. You can walk easily to the main street and to the water. From the top balcony you have a sea view.
