Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Situated directly on Port Bay, this home offers 180-degree views of both Port Bay & Lake Ontario with 60 feet of water frontage & stairs leading down to the water. Located on a quiet side street & completely renovated. Relax & enjoy morning coffee or cocktails while watching the beautiful sunsets on the upper balcony or the lower deck. House is 1250 sq feet. The house is 1250 square feet w/2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, 2 story house with an open floor plan downstairs. Washer/Dryer are on site. Upper & lower bay front decks & a large main entry deck w/a 6 person hightop table with a propane firepit table in the center & a grill. There is parking for 4 vehicles (5 if absolutely necessary). The home is newly remodeled- complete in late June 2023. There is no dishwasher but the kitchen is equipped w/brand new stainless appliances (fridge, range, microwave), a 43” roku tv & a coffee bar. There is double a hide-a-bed couch in the living room w/another 43” roku television. The master has a queen bed, 43” roku tv & sliders to the upper balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds, which sleeps 4. There are no bathtubs in the house- but instead have 2 large walkin showers w/built bench seating & shelving. There are stairs leading directly into the water but unfortunately, a dock has not been installed yet- however it is scheduled to go in, early Spring. We provide 2 kayaks & 2 life vests. There is seating on the lower bay front deck, for 9 (which includes 2 lounge chairs). If there are any questions regarding our amenities, please feel free to send a message. :)

This adorable new -very clean- cottage was perfect for our family get-away for 6 nights! We will return again to visit relatives! We enjoyed the view over the Sound with some sunny days and calm water as well as some typical April weather with clouds and cool temperatures. The heating system easily handled the temperature variations. We often sat in the comfy chairs inside while looking out through the wall of windows at the Sound as well as Lake Ontario, a short distance away. What a fantastic view, including bright colorful sunsets on the horizon! Both bathrooms have tiled walk-in showers with plenty of hot water. All basics are easily located in the modern kitchen; one counter has a complete coffee service with a Keurig and collection of pods. The entry through the laundry room offers plenty of space for luggage and our shoes. Both upstairs bedrooms have floor space to spread out luggage. Each room has a small unit with drawers. We walked in the peaceful, quiet neighborhood.
We were in the area visiting our son for parent’s weekend at SUNY Oswego, we wanted to have some quality family time and boy did we pick the right house and location, despite the rainy weekend we really enjoyed a pleasant time as a family in this stunning home, it is pristine, beautiful and so comfy, we loved everything about it, quite and peaceful, and Ohhh the view is almost therapeutic. The hosts were very timely and responsive to all of our inquires. We definitely look forward to future stays.

The house and location are beautiful! Was the perfect place for a restful getaway. The view is tranquil, and the layout of the deck and upper balcony enhanced the scene. The house is very clean and everything is up-to-date. The hosts were very timely and responsive to our inquires. We look forward to future stays.

This home is on a quiet little side street with 60 feet of direct water frontage. There are several full-time residents on the road as well as "weekenders". Neighbors are in very close proximity, so we ask that our place is rented primarily to relax & enjoy the water. Any loud noises, music or commotion can be disruptive & disturbing to the neighbors.
