Stay was wonderful. We weee a party of 9 and there was ample room for all of us. Bedrooms were very well sized. Our unit was on the fourth floor which was not extremely difficult (was aware of this at booking) for this 64yr old. The outlets are outdated. Outlets did not hold plug ins> too loose, making it difficult to charge devices.

As close to the ocean as you can get. The property was just as described in the listing. The hosts were extremely responsive (rapid response to inquiries, friendly, and professional). There was construction along the road the owners did not know about prior to it occurring, and they took the time to come in person to apologize for it and to let them know if it caused any inconvenience whatsoever - this was a fantastic show of care by the property owner. Luckily it didn’t hinder us and only lasted a couple days. Great property with the best beach access for groups on a budget.

Great stay! Very roomy and we did not feel like the neighbors had much of an impact on our stay. The area around is very walkable and there was enough for us to do in the area.

The location of this property couldn't have been better. The balcony is the standout feature with fantastic views of the entire Myrtle Beach. The balcony gave us perfect views of both sunrise and sunset which is a rarity. We stayed in unit #3 which is in the third floor and climbing up and down with luggage can be quite a hassle so be prepared. For guests who cannot climb stairs, there is no elevator. All 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms which again is a rarity in an AirBnB and something that we found extremely convenient. Myrtle Beach itself is about a 25 minute drive and we went in December when traffic and people are much lesser compared to summers. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the ocean view alone is something to look forward to.
