I would firstly like to thank Roma for the amazing and welcoming hospitality I would giver her a 10 stars I as a solo traveller was worried about my stay But she has made my stay very very comfortable She has made sure I reach the correct place On my day of travel she gave me a good packed breakfast and on my return arranged dinner too She’s a very warm and welcoming person well travelled Coming to the accommodation- the rooms are absolutely clean and tidy and big Bathrooms are very clean The room also has a heater Common space is huge and has all facilities Food provided as per your request On the day of departure she had dropped me at the cab station and made sure I got my cab to Guwahati airport Overall she made me feel safe and comfortable I would definitely come back to stay at her place A 1000% must stay especially if you are a female solo traveler Thank you Roma love you for your hospitality ❤️

Simply put, both the host and the property are absolute gems! Shillong, and the area of the Khasi Hills, are off the beaten track, but well worth the trip. We flew into Guwahati and Mrs Singh organised a taxi to drive the 3hr journey, giving recommendations to stop for lunch on the way. She is a member of the local Khasi tribe, and provided us with unique insights into local folklore, religion, and the area, even helping to organise day-trips with local guides to tourist sites including the famous root bridges and waterfalls. The house is brand new and the property is well-kept. Breakfast timings were flexible and meal options ranged from omelettes to donuts to cereal to local Khasi dishes (rice pancakes or curry). My partner loved the turn-in service - a hot water bottle to warm up the bed while we were out - a welcome treat given the relatively cooler climate of Shillong in winter. The hosts are gregarious and well-travelled, and delight in hosting. This is a true 5-star superhost!

Roma is a great host - kind, considerate and always avl take care of whatever concerns you may have. She went to great lengths to make sure my stay was comfortable - from helping with travel arrangements to preparing meals in accordance with my dietary restrictions to packing me a breakfast for a very early morning trip. The room was perfect for my reqmts. It was spotlessly clean and so were the beddings and bath towels.
