This newly renovated, luxurious ranch has been designed for a comfortable, cozy & stylish stay. Our home will give you the feeling of country living, with beautiful views into nature while close to all Bloomington has to offer. A 3 minute drive to the Moore's Creek State Recreation Area/ boat ramp (with plenty of space to park your boat at the house), 10 minutes away from the Whippoorwill Hill Venue & approximately 20 minutes to the IU Campus, Memorial Stadium, Assembly Hall & downtown This modern ranch features three fully furnished bedrooms including a primary suite with a king sized bed on an adjustable frame complete with a television to relax and unwind! This room includes a large walk in closet with plenty of racks to unpack and settle in! The second room is furnished and spacious with a queen sized bed, also on an adjustable frame. The third room is furnished with 2 twin beds. You’ll find USB plug-ins throughout the entire house - so if you forget your charging block, we got you covered! The living area was designed with an open concept flowing into the dining room and kitchen area, seeing straight through the beautiful large backyard off of the large deck with seating for eating or relaxing and enjoying the nature view. The kitchen has all your basic needs, including dishes and utensils serving 6, pots, pans, microwave, toaster and more! One counter is dedicated to coffee and tea bar, complete with a Keurig and water kettle. A variety of coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners are included in your stay. We have also provided snacks for you to enjoy as well! (Popcorn, granola bars, oatmeal, etc.) This space has two full bathrooms, one in the primary suite with a stand up shower, and one located between the queen and twin bedrooms with a washer and dryer inside! (Laundry soap, bleach and dryer sheets included.) Bathrooms are stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Lastly, you’ll find plenty of parking in the front of the house, even space for your boat!
