be aware if have another guest. I find there another individual who only knows how to make noise and talk on the phone at night, the room is not very well insulated and you can hear everything. I complained to the host, but he did the same, even though he turned off the hot water, several hours passed before I realized where the problem was coming from. it's up to you, I ran away from others from another accommodation because they were making noise and I found the Indian, he put a lid on me. the host seems ok, he helps you with what you need, but he doesn't stay there, so you're on your own with someone else in that space.

Mr James is a great host and goes above and beyond a very generous person, I've stayed his Airbnb place 3 times now it's near the Greenline train get off at "sinchon station" and take Blue Line 1 from Seoul Station to city hall to connect to greenline that takes you to "sinchon station" exit 4 the place is hongdae area and hongik University area many things to do

great place for price with kitchen and bathroom. with a slight more work it would feel cozy. heatings very good with hot water too. Host is friendly and very hospitable.
